You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
Choose your tour, option, date and number of travellers, then tap “Request on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your booking details already written — just press send. Our concierge checks availability and replies, usually within a few hours, with a confirmation and a secure payment link. You pay nothing until we confirm.
When and how do I pay?
Only after we confirm your date. We send you a secure payment link on WhatsApp (or by email if you prefer) — UPI, cards and other common methods. Once payment is received your booking is confirmed and we send the pickup details.
I don’t use WhatsApp. Can I book by email?
Yes. On any tour page, choose your date and travellers and tap “Prefer email?” — your email app opens with the same booking details. We reply by email with availability and a payment link.
Where do you pick up from in Goa?
Most tours include pickup from centrally located hotels in North Goa (Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Arpora, Anjuna, Porvorim, Panjim). Selected tours also pick up from Colva & Benaulim, Agonda & Palolem, and Mormugao cruise port — each option shows its pickup areas. Staying somewhere else? Ask us and we’ll suggest the nearest pickup point.
What is your cancellation policy?
For most tours you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. A few experiences are non-refundable — this is always shown on the tour page before you book. See our Cancellation Policy page for details.
Can I visit Dudhsagar Falls during the monsoon?
The jeep safari to Dudhsagar Falls is usually closed by the forest department during the peak monsoon (roughly June to September), and the exact opening and closing dates change every year. The falls are at their fullest just after the monsoon. Message us your date and we’ll confirm whether the safari is running before you pay.
What is the difference between private and shared tours?
On a private tour only your group travels, in your own car with a driver (and guide where included), so timings are flexible. Shared tours join a small group in a coach or shared vehicle at a lower price per person, with fixed timings. On some tours, like Dudhsagar, the park jeep may be shared with other travellers even on private options.
Are children and infants welcome?
Yes. Children aged 3 and above pay the regular per-person price; infants aged 0–2 travel free on a parent’s lap. Child seats are not always available, so please mention it in your WhatsApp message if you need one. Some tours, such as the Dudhsagar jeep safari, are bumpy and not suitable for pregnant travellers.
How can I contact you?
The fastest way is WhatsApp — use the WhatsApp button on any page. You can also email us, or use the form on the Contact page, which prepares a WhatsApp message or an email for you. We reply within a few hours during the day.
