This website does not store any personal data: there are no accounts and no forms that save data on our servers. When you send us a booking request or a question, it goes directly to us by WhatsApp or email, and we use only the information you choose to share — such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, number of travellers, pickup location and any notes.

How we use it

• To check availability, confirm and operate your tour (including sharing your name, phone number and pickup location with your driver and guide).
• To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise them afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. WhatsApp and your email provider handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
